01General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between cricketapp and its users. cricketapp is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. cricketapp will notify users of any changes via email or in-app notification before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after an update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Cricketapp is operated solely for entertainment purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary and can be stopped at any time. Coercive or misleading advertising is strictly against our policy.

02Registration & Eligibility Requirements

Opening an account on cricketapp requires meeting certain key conditions, all of which are in place for the user's own protection.

• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Registering under someone else's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.

If information provided at registration is later found to be inaccurate, cricketapp reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold the balance at any time until the correct information can be verified.

03Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your cricketapp account. Sharing your password, staying logged in on someone else's device, or signing in over public Wi-Fi all carry serious risks.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long — use a mix of letters and numbers.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Report any suspicious login activity to our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account — including actions taken by any third party.

Cricketapp will never ask for your password by phone or message. If anyone claims to be from cricketapp and requests such information, treat it as a scam and report it to us immediately.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Cricketapp currently supports deposits and withdrawals via multiple local payment methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL. The following payment terms apply at all times:

• The mobile banking number used for deposits must match the number used for withdrawals.
• Using another person's payment account to conduct transactions is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests after a successful bet are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Additional documentation may be requested for security verification in the event of suspicious transactions.
• If a deposit fails due to a technical error, it will be automatically refunded.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Cricketapp offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each offer has its own specific terms, though certain general rules apply to all bonuses.

• If the same individual opens multiple accounts to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be permanently banned.
• Bets placed with bonus funds are only valid on approved games or markets.
• If arbitrage betting or bonus abuse is confirmed, the account will be closed.
• cricketapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06Betting Rules & Outcome Determination

All betting on cricketapp — across cricket, football, live betting, and other sports markets — is governed by a set of specific rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — the only exception is in the case of a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or does not take place, all bets will be refunded.
• If a technical error or abnormal pricing is found in the odds, we reserve the right to void the affected bets.
• cricketapp is not liable for bets not being accepted in live betting due to internet latency.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.
• Official data from the relevant sporting body is used to determine results.

07Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the cricketapp platform. These are not just violations of our rules — in many cases, they constitute violations of the law.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating the bonus system.
• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in hacking.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 18 in opening an account.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system.

If any such activity is detected, the account may be immediately suspended, the balance forfeited, and the relevant law enforcement authorities notified.
