There are no processing fees on deposits. Log in to your account, go to the "Deposit" option, and choose your preferred method. For Mobile Pay or Nagad, send the amount directly to the merchant payment number and submit your transaction ID — your balance will be updated instantly.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on cricketapp is a one-time process — required before your first withdrawal. Documents needed:
  • National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both front and back
  • Selfie — a photo of you holding your NID (both your face and the NID must be clearly visible)
  • Mobile Banking Screenshot — a screenshot showing your Mobile Pay/Nagad account number (optional, but speeds up the process)
If you don't have an NID, a passport or driving licence is also accepted. After uploading your documents, verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours Holiday periods may take slightly longer. You'll be notified by SMS and email once verification is complete.

Withdrawing is straightforward. Log in, go to the "Withdrawal" or "Cash Out" option, enter the amount, select your payment method, and submit.

Withdrawals will not be processed until your KYC verification is complete. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed directly.

When a match is cancelled or abandoned, cricketapp's policy is as follows:
  • Fully cancelled (No Result): Your full stake will be refunded — typically credited to your balance within 24 hours
  • Duckworth-Lewis (D/L) method result: The bet on the team declared winner under the D/L method will be settled as a win
  • Partially played then abandoned: A result may be considered official if at least 5 overs (T20) or 20 overs (ODI) have been completed — see full Terms & Conditions for details
  • Parlay / Multi-Bet (Accumulator): The cancelled event is excluded and the remaining events are used to settle the bet
Refunds are processed automatically — no action needed on your end. If the amount doesn't appear in your balance within 48 hours, contact us via Live Chat with your transaction ID.

cricketapp hosts weekly and monthly leaderboard tournaments. How to participate:
  • How to Join: Place a minimum bet of ৳200 on selected games or sports markets and you'll be automatically entered into the tournament
